Today we met up with Sabina Gadecki at the filming of the WPT World Poker Tour season 4 first ever Madalay Bay WPT tournament. The day started early as all WPT staff get ready for the beginning of the final table.

Sabina arrived 30 min before taping, ready to take on the day. Taking here time saying hello to the crew and players. The final table began with six eager finalists with one of them to become the next wpt millionaire. While the table battle was at way Sabina took the time to work on taping some segments for the show. When she messed up here lines she quickly laughed and started again with all the crew at here beck and call. Eventually a player talks to Sabina before the end of the show it means only one thing they where knocked out of the tournament. But the blow is softened as Sabina greets that player with a soft concern and a short interview.

I must say, Sabina is as nice and polite as she is gorgeous. She stopped and took pictures with all that asked for the 4 day event and talked with a sincerity I have not seen for a while in a new to be celebrity. I was very impressed with how she handled the camera and having a great time.

She told us she was wearing a 50 year old vintage dress (Picture)and that when she filmed her first wpt event she wished she could take it back and do it all over when she has more practice. Sabina also said she didn’t realize that so many poker fans cared about the hostess. Sabina Gadecki is taking the job very seriously and is jumping right into learning everything about poker she can. With the help of Gavin smith (player of the year) offering his poker knowledge to help here out, she should soon be schooled in all things poker.

Sabina Gadecki is well on here way to becoming the next superstar poker hostess. Many of the tour players have already taken to the new arrival and as she begins to air on TV in few months she will be a poker household name just as Shana Hiatt and now Joanna Krupa is for Titan Poker.

Poker News Originally broke the news story about Sabina Gadecki announced as the new WPT NEW HOSTESS.

When Steve Lipscomb took the mic at the most recent WPT World Championship, he announced that the World Poker Tour's fifth season would feature an all-new set. But when the shinny new set was publicly unveiled at the Mirage Poker Showdown Wednesday night, all eyes were on the new hostess, Sabina Gadecki.

After seeing Gadecki's headshot in the search for a new hostess, the WPT requested a demo tape. Gadecki's roommates took the lead in setting up an impromptu shoot in their apartment, allowing her to relax and have fun with the material. When they had finished, Gadecki went off script a bit and took control of the camera, showing her roommates as she thanked them. When her agent saw the tape, he said, "They'll either think you're crazy, or they'll love it." They must have loved it, because on the basis of that demo tape, Gadecki got the job.
